Sizing, delivery, returns and how to prepare the vastra for your idol.
Sizing
- How do I choose the right size for my idol?
- Measure your idol from the base to the top of the head (without the crown) in inches, then pick the matching murti size on the product page. If your idol falls between two sizes, choose the larger one — the ties allow adjustment.
- What if the garment is slightly loose?
- Every set is stitched with adjustable ties at the waist and shoulders, so a slightly loose fit can be drawn in without altering the garment.
Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are packed within 1-2 days and usually reach anywhere in India in 3-7 days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Do you deliver outside India?
- Yes. International delivery is available at checkout; times vary from 7 to 15 days depending on the destination and customs.
Returns
- What is your return policy?
- Unused garments in their original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because these are sacred articles, garments already offered to the deity cannot be returned.
- Can I exchange for a different size?
- Yes, one free size exchange is offered within 7 days as long as the garment is unused and the tags are intact.
Preparing the vastra
- How should I prepare the garment before dressing the idol?
- Unfold the garment, press it lightly with a warm iron on the reverse side over a cloth, sprinkle a little Ganga jal, and offer it after your usual snan and abhishek. Keep zari and stones away from direct iron heat.
- How do I wash and store the vastra?
- Dry-clean or gently hand-rinse in cold water without detergent, dry in shade, and store folded in a cotton cloth with a little camphor to protect the zari.
